We had the privilege of sitting down with Quentin Lake, this year's blitzfits Rookie of the Year. Beyond his impressive performance on the field, Quentin's passion for fashion sets him apart, and we delved into his unique style, influences, favorite fits, and what it means to be recognized as the Rookie of the Year.

When asked to describe his style, Quentin confidently stated, "Elevated streetwear. I like to keep it casual, but I'll add a good statement piece or shoe to elevate it." His style seamlessly blends streetwear elements with a touch of sophistication, allowing him to make a statement while remaining effortlessly cool.

Choosing one word to encapsulate his style, Quentin chose "subtle." He explained, "I want my style to say that less is more." With a keen eye for understated elegance, Quentin embraces simplicity and lets his unique personality shine through his fashion choices.

Quentin draws inspiration for his style from various sources, including his girlfriend, who is a stylist. He shared, "She influenced me and introduced me to different brands and styles. I try to stay authentic to what I like, and I want my style to be a representation of myself." This authenticity is evident in his carefully curated outfits, reflecting his personal tastes and individuality.

Reflecting on his favorite fit of the season, Quentin highlighted Week 17, where he rocked a blue sweater, wax cargos, and Travis Scott Jordan 1 Fragments. He explained, "I liked this style because it had a preppy vibe to it." The combination of classic and contemporary elements allowed Quentin to express his personal style with a touch of sophistication.

When it comes to gameday fit preparation, both at home and away, Quentin takes various factors into account. He shared, "I like to base it on the weather and what my vibe is that week. I switch up my looks pretty often, so it just depends on what I'm in the mood to wear." This flexibility and adaptability allow him to experiment with different styles and create unique looks for every game.

Being recognized as the Blitzfits Rookie of the Year holds tremendous significance for Quentin. He expressed his gratitude, saying, "It means A LOT...
